Discussions concerning the preparing the survey on the level of employee satisfaction

The second survey will allow the analysis of the evolution of the opinion of the employees of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) on the issues included in the previous survey.

In the context of planning the new survey, a working meeting was held today, 15 March, with the participation of the members of the working group, which will facilitate the exercise.

We mention that the first survey of the level of employee satisfaction was organized at the end of 2019, in order to identify weaknesses in several aspects related to working conditions, internal communication, cooperation, etc. The exercise was carried out with the support of the experts of the Swedish National Audit Office (SNAO).

After analyzing the results, an action plan was developed in order to improve the problem areas, namely cooperation and working conditions, some actions being already implemented and others being in the process of implementation. The next survey will also be organized with the support of SNAO experts this year and will conclude with an analysis and elaboration of the action plan.
