The Court of Accounts will organize a new staff survey

The Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) intends to conduct a new survey on employee satisfaction with the support of the Swedish National Audit Office (SNAO).

The survey will be organized in the context of the implementation of the Project "Strengthening the institutional, organizational and professional capacities and skills of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova to work and communicate according to the INTOSAI principles and standards", providing a range of activities, including Human resources management.

In this regard, today, March 24, the working group composed of the CoARM’s employees discussed with the SNAO experts: Ingela Ekblom and Birgitta Bengtsson on the planning, organization, elaboration and execution of the survey.

During the meeting, several topics were discussed, such as the roles and responsibilities of each member of the working group, the questions that will be included in the survey, the expectations from this exercise. The experts also reported on the business plan regarding the development and implementation of all activities.

We mention that the general objective of implementing the survey is to improve the institutional climate, internal communication, working environment, management policies, etc.
