Member of the CoARM appointed as Member of the Audit Supervisory Committee

Petru Rotaru, Member of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM), was appointed as member of the Audit Supervisory Committee for a new three-year term.

The government recently approved the new nominal composition of the Committee, consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Moldova, the Court of Accounts, the National Financial Market Commission, the business community and academia.

The representative of the academic environment specialized in audit and the representative of the business environment were selected by the Competition Committee within the P.I. "Public Audit Board", and the nominations of the representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Moldova, the Court of Accounts and the National Financial Market Commission were appointed at the request of P.I. "Public Audit Board".

The Audit Supervisory Committee is one of the governing bodies of the P.I. "Public Audit Board".
