Ethics and institutional protocol course, organized for employees of the Court of Accounts

General rules of protocol, the national symbols of the state and their impact on the institution's image were studied within the "Ethics and Institutional Protocol Course", held for employees of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM), on December 5.

The training session was moderated by Ariana Trofim, Master in International Law, author of the Practical Guide "Institutional Protocol".

The CoARM’s employees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the main provisions of the practice of protocol and etiquette of the rules of conduct within an institution, the organization of protocol actions, the correct use of the state symbols and the rules related to the personal image of each official, according to the traditions and current institutional trends in diplomatic protocol and etiquette.

In this context, the participants shared their experience and analyzed each case through the lens of what was studied within the training. The session was held in an interactive and dynamic way, interesting and useful discussions were initiated.

We mention that the Practical Guide "Institutional Protocol" is the first of its kind in the Republic of Moldova, which contributes to increasing and consolidating the institutional image.
