Working meeting, in the context of the coordination of cross-border and transnational programs

On Friday, July 9, took place the meeting of the National Working Group for the coordination of cross-border and transnational programs within the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance.

During the meeting there were discussed issues regarding funding priorities for the next programming period - 2021-2027, identified based on the territorial analysis conducted by the Management Authority of the Joint Operational Program Romania-Republic of Moldova, but also topics that will be discussed in the meeting of the Joint Programming Committee that is meant to be held on 13 July 2021.

In order to assure an efficient implementation of the cross-border and transnational programs the members of the National Working Group have discussed in details the indicators of the policy objectives concerning each domain of interest for the Republic of Moldova, so these could be sustained throughout the cross-border and transnational programs financed by the European Union.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, etc. as members of the Group and the Court of Accounts and the National Anticorruption Center - as observers.
