The Court of Accounts publishes the report of the Disciplinary Committee

The Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) publishes the report of the Disciplinary Committee of the Court of Accounts regarding the results of the official investigation into the facts of the employee of the institution, notified as disciplinary violations.

The publication of the document is carried out to provide primary information regarding the case of the sanctioning of the CoARM’s employee, who subsequently made slanderous public statements, which denigrate the image of the head of the institution and, implicitly, of the Court of Accounts.

The document is published in compliance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
