The Court of Accounts participated in the 15th Meeting of the EUROSAI Working Group on IT

At the invitation of the Auditor General of Estonia, Chairman of the EUROSAI Information Technologies Working Group (ITWG) and the Chairman of the Court of Accounts of Romania, the representatives of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) participated in the 15th Meeting of the Working Group of EUROSAI on IT. The meeting took place in a hybrid format (with physical presence and in online format), during September 6-7, in Bucharest Romania.

On the first day of the meeting, the seminar "IT guidelines and standards - what is the future of IT audit?" was held. IT standards and guidelines were chosen as the main topic of the seminar in response to the preferences of ITWG’s members. The aim of the seminar was to increase the exchange of practice and development in the field of standards and guidelines.

The seminar was followed by the working session of the IT Working Group on the second day of the event. During the workshop, participants shared their progress on current projects, as well as discussed the future prospects of the Working Group.
