On 7-8 October 2008, the employees of the Court of Accounts participated in trainings for the management within three workshops organized by the Swedish National Audit Office. Two experts of the Swedish Public Administration Institute – Mrs. Gunilla With and Mr. Tom Thunell – presented general information on the management process. The training focused on the following:
• Management process and leadership
• Role and functions of managers and leaders
• Budgeting
• Organization and stuffing
• Role of a manager
• Comparison between current managerial practices and the desired ones in the Court of Accounts.
