The Professional Competences Framework is a human resource management tool that defines the relevant competences for the development of an institution's employees.
The Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) has finalized its Framework of Professional Competences, which will strengthen the necessary capacities of a public auditor, for financial, compliance and performance competences, and professional development.
In this context, the CoARM’s employees participated, today, January 20, in a training session with the generic "Evaluation of professional competences according to the provisions of the Professional Competences Framework of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova".
The objectives of the training session were to bring clarity to the process of implementing the Professional Competences Framework and to provide support in the process of evaluating professional skills during the process of evaluating the individual performances of civil servants.
The discussions focused in particular on the implementation stages of the Competence Framework, the employee’s expectations, communication and employee familiarization with the mentioned document. In the same way, relevant topics were addressed, such as the evaluation of individual training plans and the self-assessment tool, which will be used to determine the level of competence of the employees, which will provide information for actions to develop professional competences. The implementation of the Competences Framework will provide managers with a source of reflection of the level of competence of the employees and a source of information for the development needs of professional knowledge and competences.
We mention that the Competences Framework project was developed with the support of the development partners from the Swedish National Audit Office, in order to ensure the good implementation of the Objective no. 2.2. from the Development Strategy of the Court of Accounts for the period 2021-2025.
