Experience sharing workshop on working with stakeholders

The Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) shared its experience of communication and cooperation with interested parties in an international workshop organized by the Court of Accounts of the Netherlands.

The event organized on September 16 in a teleconference format brought together representatives of a number of European Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs). The purpose of the workshop was to exchange good practices regarding the external orientation of the SAI at all stages of the activity, in order to generate the external impact of the audit. The workshop included case studies, experience presentations, group work and interactive discussions.

The CoARM’s representative, Violeta Balan, Head of the External Relations and Communication Section, made a detailed presentation of the policies, practices, tools and platforms implemented by the supreme audit institution of the Republic of Moldova to ensure communication and cooperation with interested parties and thus increase the impact audit activity. The objectives and strategic directions in this field, the priorities of the Communication Strategy implemented by the CoARM, the mapping of the interested parties, as well as their involvement strategies at different stages of the audit activity, were presented.

The workshop is part of the cycle of events organized by the Court of Accounts of the Netherlands in the field of strategic planning and external engagement, with the aim of exchanging information and strengthening the SAI's capacity in this area.
