On October 1 the opening meeting took place and focused on the following issues:
• Presentation of the time recording system and of the experience of other countries;
• Expectations of the Court of Accounts regarding this subproject.
On 1–3 October 2008, the representatives of the Court of Accounts are paying a study visit to the National Office of Statistics of Serbia to study the time recording system.
