Under subproject “Quality Management System” of the Strategic Development Plan of the Court of Accounts, in line with the Programme of the Mission for 21-23 April 2009, the Audit Scotland experts, Carol Hislop and Jim Rundell are conducting a seminar for the CoA quality monitoring team.
The following issues are being discussed:

• Key components of audit quality;
• Audit quality guiding principles;
• Other issues related to quality control of audits conducted by the CoA.
