The seminar on the energetic audits issues was organized by the EUROSAI Working Group on Environment Audit in the period of 23 - 24 April 2015, in Tallinn, Estonia.
At the seminar participated representatives from different countries: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, United Kingdom, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, as well representatives from different national and international organizations, the European Commission and the Association of renewable energy in Estonia.
During the seminar, the practical aspects of energetic audits were discussed, including the ideas for potential audit topics, as well and the best practices in this filed. Thus, the subjects discussed were focused on the following topics: energy policies, issues on energy reserves and energy efficiency, renewable energy audit.
From the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova participated Mrs. Elena Ciochina, Deputy Chief of General Division II and Mrs. Stela Rusu, Superior State Controller in Juridical Division.
CoA representatives made a presentation on biofuels audit environment in which the audit scope was to expose the importance for our country, the overall objective and sub-objectives of the audit, the audit approach, methods and techniques, the most important findings, the audit recommendations, challenges and barriers faced.
