92 percent of the CoARM's employees participated in the internal survey

The results of the satisfaction survey among the employees of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) were analyzed, on June 13, in a workshop, organized in teleconference format. According to the preliminary analysis, 92 percent of the institution's employees participated in the survey, which confirms the importance of the exercise of identifying their opinion on various issues focused on motivation at work.

The workshop was attended by Birgitta Bengtsson, a project expert from the Swedish National Audit Office (SNAO), Ecaterina Paknehad, Head of the Apparatus, Coordinator of Component 3 of the Project (Human Resources Management), as well as the members of the survey working group, which includes CoARM’s employees.

Andrei Munteanu, Member of the CoARM and Project Leader, welcomed the completion of the survey, noting the importance of examining the results and developing, based on them, an action plan to improve the areas that will be identified. Mr. Munteanu mentioned the positive dynamics, registered in comparison with the previous survey and the importance of continuing in the future the practice of conducting surveys among the employees of the institution.

The results of the current survey are to be analyzed by the working group, with a brief report and a presentation, which will be used to disseminate the results within the institution. Subsequently, an action plan will be developed and implemented to bring the desired improvements.

We mention that this is the second survey on the level of satisfaction of the CoARM’s employees, conducted within the institution, the first being organized in 2019.
