Petru Rotaru has been appointed as a Member of the Court of Accounts for a new term

The draft Decision on the appointment of Petru Rotaru as a Member of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) was voted on Thursday, November 18, by 77 deputies.

Thus, Petru Rotaru remains in office for a second consecutive term of 5 years.

The previous term of office of the Member of the Court of Accounts expired on 29 July this year. Mr. Rotaru was designated the winner of the public competition organized by the Court of Accounts and was nominated by the President of the CoARM for the position of Member for a new term, according to the legislation in force.

During the meeting of the Parliament, Petru Rotaru took the oath before the deputies.
