The latest developments in the assimilation of technical assistance, provided by the EU, discussed during a meeting

On September 29, the officials of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) and the experts who provide technical assistance within the support provided by the European Union, met in a meeting, held in teleconference format.

The meeting was attended by the project leader from the CoARM, Petru Rotaru, Member of the Court of Accounts, by Andrei Munteanu, Member of the CoARM and other officials of the Court of Accounts, as well as the current project manager from the EU Delegation - Boris Filipov and the experts within the project - Peeter Latti and Kevin Suttie. The discussions were also attended by Josip Juric, the future project manager from DEU, who will take over the responsibilities in the near future.

During the discussions, EU experts presented information on the progress of the activities foreseen in the project objectives, including the discussion of lessons learned by auditors in the latest pilot audits in the field of financial audit, support for the institution's annual report, and other strategic documents. Participants also discussed details of the next support missions and activities planned by the end of this year.
